Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided production or custom printing has not commenced. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0774007794 or email info@ksrnetworks.com with your Order Tracking Number.
If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, or if an item arrives defective/defective printing:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt.
- Provide photographs/video proof of the damaged item and original outer packaging via WhatsApp or Email.
- We will dispatch a free replacement package immediately at no extra shipping cost to you.
Customized or personalized items featuring buyer-provided photos or custom name text cannot be returned for a cash refund unless the item arrived damaged or manufactured incorrectly due to our error.
